Website and Portal Terms

You may use the website to review public product information. The Client Portal is limited to authorized company representatives using their own verified credentials. You may not attempt to access another company's information, bypass controls, disrupt the service or reverse engineer protected systems.

Website, 3D and simulation content is provided for configuration, visualization and preliminary engineering review. Illustrative wear, flow, erosion and service-life displays are not certified engineering results unless expressly identified in a signed ModFlowX document.

A Portal submission is a request for commercial review, not an accepted order. A quotation becomes client-facing only after it is created and released by the ModFlowX commercial team. Pricing, availability, dimensions, materials and lead times remain subject to the issued quotation and final engineering review.

You confirm that you are authorized to upload submitted drawings, models, photographs and documents. ModFlowX may use those files only to provide the requested engineering, quotation and support services, subject to applicable agreements.

ModFlowX names, designs, software, models, technical materials and website content remain the property of ModFlowX or their respective licensors. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce confidential designs or software.

Services may be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. To the extent allowed by law, ModFlowX is not liable for decisions based solely on preliminary website visualizations or unapproved Portal outputs.
