Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information ModFlowX processes through its public website and secure Client Portal.
Effective August 19, 2026
Information we collect
When you contact us, request access or use the Client Portal, we may process your name, company, business email, phone number, messages, product configurations and files you intentionally upload.
For account security, the Portal also records authentication events, device and browser information, and an approximate country or region derived from server-side network data. GPS location is not requested.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, administer company accounts, prepare engineering and commercial work, protect the Portal, investigate misuse and maintain project records requested by the customer.
Company workspaces
Portal information is scoped to the authenticated user and the user's approved company workspace. Customer-facing applications do not contain ModFlowX manufacturing costs, margins, pricing formulas or private historical quotation data.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, authentication, database, email and hosting providers to operate the service. They process information only as needed to provide those services and under their applicable security and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
We retain information for the period reasonably necessary to support inquiries, projects, quotations, contractual obligations, security and legal requirements. We use access controls, server-side authorization and encrypted network transport, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting Rahul.iramain@modflowx.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, contractual or legal purposes.
